After you have placed your order, we will check our inventory and then send you an email containing your order summary and the dates we expect your merchandise to be packed and ready for shipment. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a confirmation email. Only when order is shipped 2Checkout.com Inc., our authorized retailer, will charge your credit card.
Return policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return items within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip for a full refund of the purchase price. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
You may return the items if you are not satisfied, however, if you refuse to accept the order shipment when it is delivered to you, we are not able to process the refund.
Please contact us for instructions before returning items. We will grant a refund only if the purchaser "contacts us" within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip. You will be asked to populate return form, pack and send back the purchased items including packing slip. Please contact us for instructions.
We cannot exchange products unless they have defects or are damaged.
We will notify you by e-mail about your refund upon receiving the product you have returned.
